A.There are a couple of reasons for the difference. SKY partially subsidises both the installation and monthly rate at home. For a business, it is at cost and the installation is charged privately, and the monthly subscription rate is not subsidised for gst purposes.
A.No. Our computer system is based on the street address of your account(s). As your business and home accounts are likely to have different street addresses, the accounts cannot be combined into one bill.
A.We need to know the date that the change of ownership is taking place on, and also update your mailing address and phone numbers if they are changing.
A.Congratulations! It’s a pretty straightforward process,
you can contact us to get it all started. The most important things we need to know are:
- Date that the business is changing hands
- The new company name
- The new trading name (if there is one)
- Your contact details – phone, fax, mobile, email address
A.Normally SKYWATCH magazines will arrive towards the end of the month for next months programming, on the odd occasion there will be delays meaning they arrive in the first couple of days in the month. For Motels/Hotels a supply of SKYWATCH magazines will be given for each Motel/Hotel room at no cost.
A.Yes SKY offers this to Sports Clubs, when you sign your contract enquire about this with your SKY representative.
A.Yes. Ask us about this exciting new decoder on 0800 759 333.
A.Contact us and we’ll send you a new one. There may be a charge of $25.00 billed onto your SKY account, but it depends what’s happened to the one you are replacing.
A.Every business is different, with different needs and demands – so we offer a free quote from our contracted installers, they will come in and assess your company’s needs and give you an obligation free quote to install a commercial SKY dish and all the necessary cabling etc.
A.There is a twelve (12) month minimum service term. This agreement must be signed before services be can authorised for viewing.
A.The refundable bond is $199.00 and it’s essentially a security on the decoder.
